WARRANTY POLICY
Manufacture covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event of a defect occurring, the manufacturer will repair or replace your product under the terms of the Warranty Policy. The limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the discrete components.
This Warranty Policy is only applicable to product defects components as your sole and exclusive remedy and in the manufacturer's sole discretion: (a) repair the defective covered component or free of charge with new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the defective component with a new component:

Battery and Charger --180 days
• Battery

Other Components -- 90 days
• Deck
• Taillight & Headlight
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
- The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of the machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.
- Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
- Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
- For any damage, failure or loss caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
- The battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other misuses, normal wear or water damage.
15-DAY TRIAL
Fucare provides a 15-day trial on all electric scooters/bikes. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Fucare within 15 days of receipt of the scooter/bike. The returned scooter/bike must meet the following conditions:
- less than 10 miles on the odometer;
- be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, or any other signs of use;
- must be in the same packaging and condition when received and
- include all items/parts inside the box, for example, chargers, keys,
- hardware, etc.
For non-quality issues, 20% of the total purchasing value will be charged to the customer as the processing fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200. Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return. Returns are not allowed after 15 days of receipt or have more than 10 miles on the odometer.
ACCESSORY AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Returns are not allowed for any purchase of accessories or replacement parts.
REFUNDS
Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value.
A refund will be made after the scooter/bike is received and inspected by our warehouse staff.
HOW CAN I GET MY WARRANTY?
Contact us via info@chidapolaris.com with the following information:
1. Receipt (original owner)
2. Order Number
3. Serial Number of the bike/scooter
4. Photos/videos and a short description of the problem
Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when inquiring about this warranty.
